Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)
1. Integrate physical, psychosocial, cultural knowledge, and technology with nursing sciences in the provision of comprehensive nursing care.
2. Provide comprehensive, systematic, prioritized client-centered care for people across the lifespan to improve the quality of nursing care and health outcomes.
3. Perform ethical, safe, accountable practices relevant to legislative and regulatory national and international frameworks.
4. Demonstrate updated evidence-based practice, analytical skills, clinical judgment, critical thinking, and self-appraisal in providing nursing care.
5. Communicate professionally with individuals, groups, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams in providing holistic nursing care.
6. Assume leadership roles and care concepts in decisions regarding cost-effective resources and smart technology in the planning and provision of safe, effective, and high-quality nursing services
Program Objectives
1. Develop and implement innovative competency based programs to prepare graduates who can provide comprehensive and high-quality care

Program Outcomes
1. 80% or greater of graduating BSN students will pass the National Nursing Licensure Examination on their first attempt.
2. 85% of Regular track students and 90% of Bridging track students will complete the program within 150% of the program length stated in the curriculum plans.
3. 80% of new graduates will be employed as Registered Nurses within 1 year after graduation from the B.Sc. in Nursing program.
4. At least 80% of alumni will indicate an overall satisfaction score of "Satisfied" or higher regarding their educational preparation.
5. At least 80% of employers responding to the employer survey will indicate satisfaction as “Strongly Agree” or “Agree” regarding the clinical competence of FON graduates.
